Marcus Rashford and Pep Guardiola.
Christmas Day may be almost upon us, but it's business as usual for Premier League teams. As well as preparing Boxing Day figures, many are finalizing their transfer plans for January, with the window opening in just over a week.
And fans can expect big deals. Ruben Amorim's Manchester United overhaul is almost certain to include some new faces, while Arsenal could suddenly need reinforcements amid an injury crisis.
Manchester City are also expected to spend money to remedy their remarkably poor form. Only £96.2 million was spent in January by top-flight clubs in 2024 as FFP concerns seemingly restricted owners, but that figure will surely be exceeded this time around.

According to London World, Pep Guardiola is considering the former England left-back as a short-term option.
Ben Chilwell.
United offered Rashford swap deal
Barcelona are the latest club to be heavily linked with Man Utd striker Marcus Rashford.
According to reports in Spain, financial restrictions are prompting the Catalan giants to seek a swap deal. Hansi Flick has reportedly given Barca 'the OK' to use Ansu Fati as a means to sign Rashford.
