Kyle Walker has asked to leave Manchester City, according to Citizens boss Pep Guardiola. The right-back was absent on Saturday as his side beat Salford City 8-0 in the FA Cup third round.
“Well, two days ago Kyle asked to explore options to play abroad and end his career,” Guardiola explained after the meeting.
