Eight players from Man Utd, Arsenal and Liverpool can sign for free today

Alphonso Davies

United, Arsenal and Liverpool have all been linked with speedy winger Davies. The Canadian is set to explore his options with his contract with Bayern Munich expiring at the end of the Bundesliga campaign.

Davies is also closely linked with Real Madrid, who could solve their full-back problems over the next decade with free transfers for the 24-year-old and Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold. Premier League clubs are still hoping to persuade Davies to join the Premier League.

Joshua Kimmich

Any Premier League team looking for an experienced and versatile leader should look no further than Kimmich. Manchester City are heavily linked with one of Pep Guardiola's former players, who would be perfect for one of the inverted full-back positions.

Some reports even suggest that City could fast-track Kimmich's transfer until January amid the worsening injury crisis. We could see the Germany international, 29, perform at the Etihad Stadium this month.

Jonathan Tah

Man Utd were linked with a bargain deal for Tah last summer and could make it even cheaper if they agree a pre-contract with the centre-back this month. The 28-year-old central defender excelled at Bayer Leverkusen but could explore his options this year.

United need to strengthen all over the pitch. Tah would bring experience at centre-back, particularly if Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof leave in their own free transfers.

Jonathan David

There should be a lot more hype around Canadian striker David across Europe. A consistent goalscorer for Lille, the 24-year-old has scored 17 goals this season and 26, 26 and 19 in his previous three campaigns. The poorest strikers will cost much more next summer.

Set to leave France at the end of the season, David has reported interest from Arsenal and Tottenham. Whoever signs the prolific and versatile striker should be the envy of his European rivals.

Leroy Sané

Sane may feel like he has unfinished business in the Premier League. He abruptly left Man City in 2020 and has since played regularly for Bayern Munich.

The signing of Michael Olise and the continued rise of Jamal Musiala have limited Sane's number of Bundesliga starts to just five this season. Sane, now 28, has been linked with Man Utd.

Angel Gomes

Gomes' breakthrough in England this year came as no surprise to those who have watched him play for Lille since leaving United. The 24-year-old has excelled in League One and now looks set to return to the Premier League, where he has reported free transfer interest from Arsenal and Spurs.

Paulo Dybala

Dybala was infamously set to join Spurs several years ago and the north Londoners could have the chance to finally sign the experienced striker over the coming months. The 31-year-old is reportedly open to extending his contract with Roma but, as things stand, he is heading for the exit.

Eric Dier

Dier's only Bundesliga start this season was Bayern's solitary defeat to Mainz before Christmas. The former Spurs and England defender will surely have suitors in the Premier League ahead of the summer transfer window, with many hoping to sign him on a free transfer.
