The draw for the fourth round of the Carabao Cup takes place tonight.
The Carabao Cup fourth round draw will take place tonight after the two third round ties. Arsenal are currently playing Bolton Wanderers and Liverpool host West Ham, with their games having been delayed by a week due to their European involvement.
There is still one third round match outstanding. AFC Wimbledon were forced to postpone their game against Newcastle due to heavy flooding, with the clash now scheduled for Tuesday, October 1.
The competition has been the subject of much controversy this week, with Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola saying he would not “waste energy” in trying to win it for a fifth time this season. “In the next round we will play the players who play the least minutes or the second team,” he said on Tuesday after his side's 2-1 win over Watford.
