Cristiano Ronaldo finds himself without a coach at Al Nasr

Luis Castro could soon be ancient history Al-Nassr.

The Portuguese coach will be sacked by the board of the Riyadh club after yesterday's 4-1 defeat against Al Hilal, a defeat which not only meant the loss of another title (Nassr have not won either of the last two championships) but also provoked the visible anger of Cristiano Ronaldoin images that have gone viral around the world.

Castro was a trainer approved by Christian, and that came with the star's much-needed “yes.” The board of directors, chaired by Ibrahim Al Muhidib, made the decision on Sunday, although it will not be official until the new coach is in place.

The club is already looking for a new coach

The club is already working on a new coach, and there are rumours pointing to the Portuguese Sergio Conceiçao (ex-Porto) as a possible alternative. News regarding the new coach will be announced in the coming hours.

The Saudi Pro League kicks off next Thursday and Al Nassr will be looking to snatch the crown from Hilal, the hot favourites and a team that has caused them major problems in recent times.
