Jack Grealish was invited to consider a decision in Spain when he continues to be used in Manchester City. The 29-year-old was not used during the embarrassing 5-1 defeat against Arsenal on Sunday.
The English international also stayed on the bench for the recent victories on the Brugge club in the Champions League and the 3-1 victory against Chelsea the previous week. Despite being the record signature of City, having joined Aston Villa in the summer of 2021 for 100 million pounds sterling, Grealish was struggling to secure its place in the starting program.
His position was still compromised by Savinho's summer arrival and the recent signature of Omar Marmoush by Eintracht Frankfurt. Even if City followed Arsenal for almost the whole match, Grenish stayed on the bench. Gaizka Mendieta, twice a finalist in the Champions League and former Middlesbrough midfielder, thinks that Grealish would be a good choice for Barcelona.
Speaking on behalf of Bet365, Menieta, when he was asked which English players would manage well in Spain, said: via mirror football: “I think English players are … I don't know if” Brave “is the word.

The interest of the best European clubs such as Borussia Dortmund, Inter Milan, Tottenham Hotspur, Newcastle United and Aston Villa were reported by the Sun. Guardiola did not hesitate to relax Grenish in his game, comparing him unfavorably with his teammate Savinho.
