Express Sport brings you the latest January transfer news
There is already something to please football fans during this FA Cup weekend. But the transfer activity bubbling in the background only adds to the drama, with a late surge expected after a quiet start to the winter window.
Manchester City's business is growing rapidly, with deals for Abdukodir Khusanov and Omar Marmoush close to being finalized. Meanwhile, Kyle Walker asked to leave the Etihad Stadium in a major bombshell dropped by Pep Guardiola on Saturday.
Manchester United and Tottenham are also expected to have made adjustments before the end of the month, with injuries and inconsistent results hampering the Premier League duo.

Tottenham prepare £27m bid
Tottenham could blow AS Roma out of the water in the race for Inter Milan midfielder Davide Frattesi, according to TV Play.
The 25-year-old is unhappy with his playing time at San Siro and several top Italian clubs have expressed interest.
Roma and Napoli are among them, but they might struggle to compete with the financial might of Spurs.
The report states that Tottenham are keen on Frattesi and that they are able to put £27 million on the table “immediately”, which would match Inter's asking price.

Man Utd deal rejected by club chief
Casemiro's move to Al-Nassr was rejected by the Saudi Pro League club's media advisor.
Manchester United are looking to offload the Brazilian this month and the Middle East has been touted as their most likely destination.
Links to Al-Nassr are rumored as it would reunite Casemiro with his former teammate Cristiano Ronaldo.
But Abu Dahish called the claims “inaccurate.”
He wrote on X: “All the information circulating about Al-Nassr's negotiations with the player Casemiro is incorrect.
“The coming period will be full of names of players (foreign or local) who will be linked to Al-Nasr, as we are used to.
“You will find the official news through the official Al-Nasr account, but other than that, it is just news and efforts that we will not be able to deny on a daily basis.”
